How long until I receive my backpack?

"Shipped quickly and customer service was outstanding” – your peace of mind is part of the package. Please allow up to 7 days for personalisation, once personalised your backpack will be posted within 24hrs. If your backpack is not personalised, it will be shipped from our HQ within 48 hours.

What size are the backpacks?

Our backpacks are perfectly sized to be used as a nappy bag, daycare or early schooling. Our backpacks are a standard-size measuring 38cm H x 30.5cm W x 13.5cm D.

What can I typically fit into the backpack?

We hear it all the time – ‘I can finally fit everything in one bag.’ From snacks to spare clothes, this bag does it all without feeling bulky. It has enough room for anything you would need for a day - jumper, spare change of clothes, nappies, water bottles, iPad, and so on. Will the quality hold up?

Our backpacks are made to last – super soft corduroy, washes well and looks brand new, even after real kid-life messes. We use a premium heavy weight corduroy so you won't get any tears or snags. It's also fade resistant, wrinkle resistant and quick-dry to keep your backpack looking its best!
