Order Processing Time - PERSONALISATION

Please allow up to 7 business days for personalisation, we then post your order within 24 hours. For all non personalised items we post within 24 hours. All orders are shipped from Western Australia. *Please note that Express shipping does not speed up personalisation processing time, just the shipping time once posted. 

Delivery Address 

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address please notify us asap so we can correct for you on our end.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant  and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carriers website.
