Our backpacks are made from a premium polyester corduroy blend - and the material choice is very intentional.

Unlike pure cotton corduroy, our blend is stain resistant, fade resistant, wrinkle resistant and quick drying. Designed to hold its colour, shape and softness wash after wash. So after a full year of daycare drop-offs, muddy hands and weekly washes, it still looks as good as the day it arrived.

• Check your junk or spam folder. Tracking emails can occasionally slip through there — it's one of the first places worth checking before reaching out.

If you've passed the 7 business day production window and still haven't received tracking details, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
